How do I search for the products I want?
We have a user friendly menu that allows you to shop by product category (e.g., Kanjivaram Silk Saris, Accents etc.) or brands. You can also search directly from the search bar in the top-right corner.
What is the process once I have selected the pieces that I wish to buy?
Once you choose the products, you will be directed to the registration and payment page. You can choose to purchase products as a guest or complete the process of registration (in which case we will capture all the details you enter and you can simply login with your email ID when you shop at Parisera later). You will then be re-directed to our secure payment gateway page where you can choose to pay in any mode you wish.
What are all the modes of payment available to me?
Our payment gateway accepts credit cards (MasterCard and Visa), Indian debit cards, internet banking transactions (Indian banks).
If you'd like to pay via PayPal, please write to email@example.com with product details. We will send you a PayPal invoice, against which you can make the payment.
If you prefer paying via local cheques/pay orders/demand drafts you're welcome to do so by sending it to our address. We will process your order as soon as we realize the payment. Please send your cheques/pay orders/demand drafts to:

How to send a Parisera product as a gift?
It's easy. You have the option of entering a different shipping address. If the product is meant to be a gift, you can also mention this at the time of payment and include your personalized greeting. We will ensure that your gift is wrapped, your message added and your gift delivered with warmth to the recipient.

Are the prices on the website inclusive or exclusive of taxes?
All prices listed on our site are inclusive of all charges that you need to pay.
What are your shipping charges for shipments within India?
We offer Free shipping for products that are shipped to India provided the cart value is greater than Rs. 3000. If the cart value is less than Rs. 3000 then you will need to pay for shipping. Current shipping charges are Rs. 200 for each order
What are your shipping charges for shipments outside India?
Shipping for saris for shipments out of India will be charged at Rs. 1500 per sari. In the case of blouses shipping with Rs. 1500 for upto 4 blouses. Shipping for Stoles & Duppatas will be Rs. 1500 for upto to stoles / duppatas (upto two)
Any customs, duties and local taxes will need to be borne by the respective customer or receiver of the pieces.
Do you ship to all the countries?
We ship through the India Post's EMS Speed Post service / Blue dart. In case EMS Speed Post / Blue dart doesn't ship to your country, we’ll inform you of the same and promptly refund your payment.
Who is your courier partner? How do I track shipping of my products once bought?
We ship all our products through the Indian Speed Post service or Blue dart, one of the most reliable parcel services in the country. Shipping timelines vary from product to product and are mentioned in the individual product pages. As soon as the products are dispatched, we will send you an email to update you with the respective tracking number so you are always informed of the status. All Indian Speed Post parcels can be tracked on: www.indiapost.gov.in/tracking.aspx and blue dart at www.bluedart.com
What is the time it takes from when I place my order to when I receive my products?
Shipping timelines vary from location to location. However in the case of most pincodes in India. the parcel should reach you within 14 to 21 business days from the date of order. In case of international shipping, delivery takes place within a time span 1 week from the date of shipment.
